Bubba's redneck cup holder (red-green)

There have been posts about green ideas, reusing something for another purpose. Well here is a redneck-green idea.

Bubba's girlfriend, Bubbie, is trying to lose weight so she can ride shotgun with Bubba. So, Bubba wants to have enough cup holders in his truck, that way they both can drink while he is driving.

BTW, Bubba used AC2 GREEN treated limber.

I "recycled" a cast iron collar from an AC Model WC. Originally found where the transmission output shaft goes into the torque tube. Heavy enough to stay put on the F150 tranny hump, wide enough to hold a pop can!
 
Funny you should mention cup holders. Just today I climbed into my 63 F100 with a drink in my hand. I figured out real quick I can't shift, and hold my drink at the same time. A coil of rope on the floor makes a good holder. Stan
 
It ain't red-green unless it's got duct tape holding it together, or made 100% from duck tape.....
 
You may be right. I remember the RED GREEN show. They always used duct tape. Miss not having cable to watch the show. Always wondered if the RED was for Redneck and green for always finding another use for an item.

Always remember when they attached a door to a van with duct tape. It was their idea of a snow plow.
 
Dave, Thank you. Now I have something to watch when there is nothing on TV. I'll pass this along to Bubba. He might get inspired to invent more things.
