Wish I could have made it, how'd your 70 do?
Are those boys both yours?
The one working down at the Ionia show did a great job.
I'm a coward, I'd have to puts some weight on the front of the Coop! LOL

The 70 did ok, the boy is still learning that tractor. The one on the CooP is the president's son. The one on the 70 is my boy. Would like to have him pull at Ionia but they say he's to young.

We ended up pulling about 200% in each class. Fun time had by all.

Royse:

Strongly agree about putting front weights on the
Co-Op, particularly with a youngster at the wheel.

Years ago when I was a volunteer with our local
Fire-Rescue Service I saw the end results of when
a tractor flips over on someone. A young fellow in
his late teens was trying to remove a tree stump
from his parents yard. Had the chain around the
axle, when he popped the clutch it was all over
except the crying. Unfortunately he didn't survive
to learn from his mistakes.

It's all fun and games until someone dies. Would hate to see that happen to those young fellows, bad enough that older ones act stupidly. I take it no wheelie bars on these tractors or anything else to keep them from flipping backwards?
