Earlier this week, I got a letter from our local VA Outpatient Clinic reminding me it was time for my annual physical.
I called for an appointment Thursday afternoon, was given an appointment yesterday morning. Had blood drawn and a urine sample taken in the lab at 7:30. By 8:30, my appointed doctor had the results of the lab work.
Everything normal, cholesterol 148, etc. The doctor said, "Whatever you're doing, keep on doing it".
I told him I intended to for quite a few more years.
He said, "See you in a year".
