Hey all,
I have been trying to find out what I can on some old cultivator 3 point hitch equipment my grandpa had. I used it a while after he passed to raise a garden, but recently decided to sell my old 1949 Ford 8N. I plan on getting something with a hydraulic system and a bucket and backhoe, but that"s for another time. So I really interested in the private market value of the 4 pieces I have (A 2 bottom plow - Ferguson/Dearborn?, A Ford 2 row disk, an 8 ft harrow, and a 6 ft rotary hoe). The Disk has a model number of L1FTE and the plow a no. 6933 Type AO. Any info (especially value) will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
JD8N

Sorry. More photos. Anyone know why you can't upload more than one photo at a time per post? Annoying! Unless I'm just ignorant...

Cell phone pics. Ugh!
If you want good information get a camera and give us good photos. Those are worthless.
Dearborn and Ferguson implements always sell well but condition is everything.
Off the top of my head a good 2 bottom Ferguson plow will fetch around $350. A Dearborn 4 gang disc $300 to $450. (It is a Lift E by the way)
Spike tooth harrow? Cant tell - maybe $150.
If it is a Dearborn rotary hoe maybe $300.
Again, condition is everything which means completeness on the plow ( tail wheel, coulters and good shares and moldboard)
Disc should have good discs and good bearings and rotarty hoe the same.
What part of the country you live in makes a difference too. Mid West and North East commanding the highest prices.

The condition of your implements is not good. The plow is missing any coulters. I think the harrow would not hardly bring $25-50. The plow maybe $150-200. The disk $200-250. The rotary hoe $50-75.

Depends on location and demand. I think JD is high on everything. I bought a Dearborn 2 bottom plow with Oliver Radex bottoms a few months ago for $75. The rest of that stuff, you might as well figure out what it weighs and multiply by scrap price.

That spike tooth harrow I can get about $25 per section out of. And that rotary hoe is NOT a Dearborn, looks like it could be an Avery but some other companys used thattype of wheel as well. The disk looks like it is missing the back gangs so if that is the situation then possibly only for parts if someone has one like it otherwise scrap. That is probably the same way with the hoe. Plow cannot see the bottoms so no idea of condition.
