Did what may be the last mowing this weekend, hate that cold weather is on the way, but love the way things look.
Cool thing happened while I was mowing, a Red tailed hawk sat in a tree right next to the field and twice flew down to grab a mouse after I flushed them out of the tall grass.

Agree with the weather! Average high here is 70 on October 1st, & 59 by the 31st. News says maybe lows around 40 later in the week.

I was bush hogging a field and there was a peregrine falcon that kept comming down when I passed by him he got quite close to me just to pick off a mouse after he got one he would head off into trees then return later when I came around.
Neat to see these big birds hunt.
