I am looking for a picture of my husbands farm in
which he grandpa Pisney bought in the 1950s its in
howard county in iowa and it in forest city
township. His name was Frank Pisney. Thank you if
you have any aierial photos of the farm I would like

Check craigs list they have adds on there was able to get pic that showed my dad feeding the pigs !

Many counties post current and vintage aerial photos online. Check the county's website.

Yes, searching "your county name" arial photography is a good bet, ie google Maricopa County Az arial photogrph, and one of the top hits should be the MC Flood Control Districts page, where you can see most of the county as far back as the 1930 s.
Another good route would be the libary at your states land grant university's.

u. s. dept of agriculture in your local county seat. Your area was overflown in 1951 or 1952. $14 each.
