sprayer booms....need help

I am wanting to build some booms to hook to three pt.hitch and use with saddle tanks. I bought some out of Nebraska but they wanted $2300 to ship them to NY. I decided to build my own. Problem I want them 60" wide and not sure how to hinge them. Any of you ever build something like this. Pictures would be great.

I assume you are building 60 foot booms, not 60 inch booms?
I didn't look at modern view to see if your location is shown, but mine is. I have a fairly new Hardi sprayer you're welcome to look at. Maybe there's a dealer near you that would have something ? I also have my old Century setting here too.

Yes. small brain lapse. 60' not 60".

All depends on whether you want them to fold up or forward. Fixed center would be 10ft or so so the fold out arms would be 25 each. Square tube comes in 24ft length.
