Saw where The St.Vrain river Outside of Longmont jumped its bank, headed across country, made a new channel. The old riverbed is now 'dry' no water flowing in it at all.WOW!!I wonder if they will redirect it back,or let it run it's new path?I just goes to show how powerful nature is,how insignifcant and 'temporary' we are

Is that river in the gold country if so you may be able to pickup a few bucks working the deep holes

PS Move over I'm on my way to check it out.

Can you even think what the legal part of this is going to be. Does the farmer get the water or money for the damage? We have a little more water in the Arkansas River but no flooding here. My new place has 900+ feet of river front. Going to have to learn how to fish between working on tractors.

There was a flood on the Wabash river and when it cut across the field part of the farm was in Indiana now its in Illinois.
