Had an old "sage" tell me that deer and turkeys don"t coexist in the same areas... So much for that "fact." I"ve seen turkeys and deer hanging in the same fields often. Think they watch each other for clues about problems in the enviornment like preditors, for instance. A handfull of turkeys are pretty hard to sneak up on!

Where are you located? Lost a good friend to bone cancer who lived in Claremore and attended dog training seminars in Big Cabin. Finally got to see Frank Lloyd Wright's Price Tower in Bartlesville . Awesome building even today 60 years after built. Daughter is at OU and I hunted quail in the Panhandle a couple of times.
