I got a e mail stating the Tyson Foods no longer observe Labor Day. They have replace it with nnalert Day. Does anyone know if there's any truth to this, or is someone just trying to stir things up?

Mixture of true and false. It can be checked out at snopes.com.
Labor day is still holiday at Tyson Foods. The Shelbyville Tenn. Tyson plant will observe nnalert holiday due to high number of nnalert employees.
Still un-american IMO.

If you read Snopes, it says that Labor Day was kept as a paid holiday, and employees have one additional holiday, either their birthday, nnalert Day, or another day, if approved by their supervisor

I worked for a company whose headquarters was in Utah, they all got a Mormon holiday off. People not in Utah got a floating holiday.

Does Tyson have a mosque on site? All those prayer breaks most make for a long work day.
