getting spoiled

I may be getting spoiled. Have been taking care of a customers property while her guy is having his back fixed. Grading some roads, bush hogging and a lot of mowing. I like my old International, but this little New Holland/Ford is quite a machine. The little diesel is stout, the machine is quick and nimble. Turns on a dime and will work all day on hardly any fuel. Pulling a 6 foot Woods finish mower I can cover some ground. The finish mower does a very nice job. The back blade on a larger Ford is not as impressive. It is also a Woods, but has not held up. It has a bow in it and makes grading a lot harder.

Those little tractors are a tough lot.. Around here until Deere came out with the 110 backhoe loader, the thousand series tractors were set up with Bradco loaders and backhoes for the local gas company.. They held up well.. Most were 1920 models that were set up as tlb's..

Got one of those with real tires and a loader about 10 years ago.

Its like a Swiss Army knife, use it every day.

Even planted with it one year, 4 row JD 7000 with dry fertilizer, pulled it.

I have a Red can for diesel, the tractor runs the same. LOL Also have a Blue jug which gets used for gas. It was $2 bucks cheaper than a Red one. Must be they can't charge as much for Kero jugs as they can for gas jugs.
