Hi Yall i had a guy wanting to trade me a 1984 mitsubishi 650G, anybody know anything about them? i have no clue ive never had one,, any tips to look for?? thanks

also its a 4 cylinder gas engine 25hp
 
That sounds like the Satoh I am working on. About the size of an old Ford 8N with 4 speed transmiton W/high-low range and live hyd. Everyone says parts are hard to come by but I have gotten seals and bearings from NAPA.
 
The Yahoo group for Mitsubisihi just had a thread about a 650G, common there. Two parts dealers on board, happy to help with advice and parts. Along with other owners.

I have had one for 5+ yrs!! it is an older one (Satoh) I believe it is in mid 70s, has a Mazda (?) 4cly motor with 3spd transmission with high/low and 2spd Pto (640/1000) with built in over-running clutch!! It also has an all hydraulic loader with live hydraulics and power steering!!! It has been a great little rig, most economical gas machine on the place!!! SO FAR mechanically all have done is replace oil sender!!! Really handy little loader, also use it on 5ft shredder mower!!! Granted at 25 hp not the most powerful!!!!
