Nice Cotton Field

Not much cotton planted around here anymore. All corn and soybeans. But with corn prices falling, I"m sure we will see more cotton next year. Remember, cotton is king in the south!

Betty and I made the annual trip to Lamberts at Sikeston yesterday and did not see that first field of cotton, mostly just corn with a few fields of beans. Some fields looked great, others not so good. Seems the earliest corn was not as good as the later plantings. Joe
