Looked at a 2000 ford tractor, early style, this morning. Asking price of $11,000 with flail mower, new paint. Seller will deliver within a 100 miles for $500. Told him price was way too much and he said that there's over $500 in paint. Tractor must have some gold in it.

Wow... yeah pretty high. Well, worth is a funny thing. There's many people around here that sell really high simply because they feel its worth it, even though its not the market price. They never sell anything of course, but at least then when they keep it they can say "Well I tried selling it, but no one wanted it."

I saw a 2000 ford with 1600 hours sell at an estate auction last Saturday.It brought $2400.
