Caseih has released there 620hp tractor. What is john Deere coming out with for 2014? I was just wondering if it would be able to match up to the caseih.

Either way, they're just catching up with the Agco Challenger MT975.

I'm sure Deere won't have anything that size until they can get their lawyers on it to make sure they can get away with stealing some patents.
Agco Challenger

CIH and Agco are just all Fiats now anyways. Come to think of it the dodge ram is a Fiat too.
What is somebody hauling with a rubber tired tractor to get that HP to the ground? Other than pan scrapers to make fish ponds?

That 1000 horse Big Bud 747 seemed to get the power to the ground alright.

You're dead wrong with your Fiat connection to Agco too. Allis Gleaner Corporation is an American company with no ties to Fiat and those Challenger tractors are built in Jackson Minnesota.

A little sad isn't it? They buy this big machinery and then need more land to make it profitable. But it seems nearly everyone is promoting it. Never read a farm related mag that doesn't feature mega farmers, huge shops and how great they are. Now they are screaming because government wants to limit how much insurance subsidy they can get. Can't complain if they can make it on their own, but when the USDA helps make it possible, taxpayers should say "no more".

Engine or PTO Hp....brouchure doesn't really say for the Cat.....dealer support around here for Cat Ag is less than desirable.
Cat played the Ag game a lot of years back then decided to focus on industrial....Cat taking another kick at the cat???

Sounds like a discussion a cousin and I had at a family reunion one time. A guy out east of town had bought a big new four wheel drive Deere. I said I didn't know why he needed a tractor that big. The cousin said "to work all that land". I asked why he needed to work all that land. He said "to pay for that new tractor".

Agco bought the Challanger line from Cat quite a few years ago. Agco dealers are split now between selling Massey or Challenger.

If fagco was such a great company whith such a great heritage why can't you buy a tractor that says fagco and why did they drop the orange paint .
