Looks like a great way to apply the "Rat Rod" concept to a motorcycle. Not too speedy, but sure got made out of spare parts from the junkyard.

I was pulling out of a truck stop in Braman Ok. around the 4th of July and at a fireworks stand was a pretty good looking Harley when I drove by it had a Wisconsin motor in it. Just was an odd thing to see all shined up.

Might go pretty fast downhill, considering there is no way for the front wheel on that contraption to be turned to the left or the right.
