Friend of mine has a hay wagon with 16 1/2 inch wheels. Needs some new tires. Never rai nito wheels that size. Where?

The truck tires in that size are getting to be scarce. The new vehicle manufacturers now have gone to other weird sizes like 17 inch or so rims.
Implement tires to for that rim size might be more available.

A word of caution DO Not install any size but 16.5 tires on the rims, as posted they were used on many pick up, Chey 3/4 and 1 ton vans, it is possible to change to 16 inch rims which might be cheaper when buying tires.

I have an 80 gmc 1 ton pickup with 16.5 on it. Their a tubeless tire only rim and 16.5 new or used are getting hard to find. Most newer stuff has 16's

I've got a gooseneck flatbed with 16.5" tires, they're expensive to replace and used tires that size are virtually non-existant...in retrospect, I wish I'd gone to a junk yard and gotten 16' rims as those tires are less expensive.

My Dad had a 58 GMC 1 1/2 truck with 19.5 tires. The only place for used tires was catch U-haul when they rotated their tires. They only put a certain number of miles on tires and took them off.

That's a fairly common R4 type tread tire used on skid steers and TLB fronts. I don't know if you can get them in a rib or not... but as a drive they are common.

I put a brand new set on my 73 Chevy 3/4 ton only to have the truck lay down on me shortly there after. The trucks been sitting for a few years now so I doubt the tires are any good now.
