I have a L4200 that has a loss of power on the pto with a load! Installed new fuel filter and air cleaner. All new fuel and checked the lines. All is good but still will lose power with a load on the pto??? Help please???

Could there be another obstruction in the breather system? Other than timing/flow of fuel (or spark) that's the only thing I have seen cause dramatic power loss. If it has been fine and started this without and mechanical changes the timing of the pump should be fine. Remove as much of the breather system as you can without making a sensor mad and try it then.

Do you have mud dauber wasps where you are at?

Ryan... L 4200 Kubota ? If so I have had trouble with pluging in the filter base. Remove the filter and check the free flow there with the filter removed. Lots of times that little shut off valve will get pluged.

Fuel seems to be coming out ok and the rpm,s come up all the
way but when I start the pto and cut grass it drops right down.
