Here is the Cat with the gas getting into the oil, changed oil and after one start can still smell gas in oil, gonna take off carb and fuel pump

The gas has to be getting in through the fuel pump. The carb is updraft so it is too low to leak into engine. I think you can set it up to run gravity flow but you may have to fill the gas tank fuller.
I am pretty sure those fuel pumps are not available but the guys at ACMOC.org may be able to tell you where to get parts to fix it.
