About 5:00 this morning this Blond Nurse comes in our room Good Morning Mr. Trible as she does the finger stick for my blood sugar test "I hear you had a birthday, What day was it? I respond, "July 4th". Blond "OH! is it always on the same day?" " Has been for 84 years"

James, long time ago, around July 4th, several of us were having a BS session with a visiting British engineer. One of the group (being a smart***) asked the visitor if they celebrated July 4th in England. He replied "Yes we do, but as Thansgiving -that the colonies are gone."

Had a co worker several years ago that when another mentioned Thanksgiving being on Thursday, said "How can that be? It was on Thursday last year." And they vote!
