County Fair tractor games

Any new ideas for tractor games at county fair? That time of year and I am helping with the tractor parade and some fun games. The slow race is one of our best and easiest.Have tried backing wagon but people dont do that much anymore. Thanks!

We took out any events that involved speed for safety. This year we had 5 or 6 events. We were able to use the same course for most of them to save setup time. We roll a barrel with the front tire, drag a pole through a figure 8 course, slow race, 2 wheel trailer backup, ball drop (you stop the tractor at intervals and drop a ball in a bucket) & Bind man driver ( we have a special tractor for this with a buddy seat for the seeing partner) We get a local auctioneer / rodeo announcer and he is quite a ham. The crowds love it.

A few pics from a Dutch fair.
The tractor seesaw: drive with either right or left wheels of tractor on seesaw. Stop in position where the seesaw is horizontal.
I've seen the tractor seesaw many times; never tired it myself though.
Using a low of partially buried seesaw, I see no real safety risk. To achieve the precise stopping position, one should go slow anyway.

Could you have teams play Tractor-Sized Tic Tac Toe?

Give each team tags to hang on their tractor seat (or front end) with either X's or O's. Would need a fair amount of room to lay out/paint the "playing board" lines on the ground though.

A good announcer makes all the difference in the world for an event like that.

Doesn't matter what the games are if you got somebody who can engage the crowd and make people laugh.

Tractor rebuild? It should keep the crowd amused for the 20 minutes that is needed to rebuild a TO20.

we did semi truck rodeos for the truck drivers. It was a lot like your tractor games . Had a truck with 10 safety items to see who list them all, figure 8 over tennis balls. see how close you can stop in front of a line on the pavement. Alley docking and few more was fun. Can see doing with tractors would be fun for young up coming farmers. Good luck with it!

Yes, have them back a steerable gravity wagon through an obstacle course. Two teams going against each other at the same time. Then have them do it with the wagons hitched to the front of the tractors. Average out the times and pick a winner.

Try chain in the box. 18 in x 18 in square (made of 2x4's or marking paint) about 16 ft of chain. Rules are simple. Chain is piled in the box and pin it to a clevas ,pull the chain completely out of the box and then the driver has to put it back in. This is a timed event.
