Just pulled up to the house after going an getting the grandsons. Five dogs came running out from under the front porch. Then I looked in the mirror an the boys had their ball caps on back wards and where making faces at each other. The oldest is missing his front two teeth so he wins the goofy face contest.

It just flashed that WE must be a bunch of hillbillies!!! LAMO We have more dogs than people in the house and some of us are missing teeth.

Just need a few banjo pickers on the porch and we would have all the things Hollywood/Big city people want to think about us "Country" folks.
 
You have watched too much HEE HAW, Andy Griffin, and Green Acres on TV.
I'm as much country as Jerry Clower was, and I don't dress like that and we don't keep dogs in the house.
YA' ALL come back now, you hear?
 
Better check it was not yourself looking back from the mirror with the missing teeth, JD ....LOL We are at an age now where things like that start to happen!
Whats wrong with Hillbillies, sure I think we all have a bit of hill billy in us??????

My oldest son was home over the weekend to help with Mom and my 70th Birthday celebration. Just 65 friends and neighbors--hot dogs and burgers-- and a wonderful time for us. He works for a VERY large multi-national corporation and told us Friday morning he had to take an hour teleconference with plants in Asia , Europe , and the US. He decided to to go out on the deck to do his conference, ended up using his laptop to show the rest of the world what Michigan farm country looks like. Made me pretty darn proud! His pictures from the camera on his computer just showed woods, wheat, and soybeans. All the rest of those guys were looking at four walls.
