Our supplier usually has sent out pre-buy contracts some time ago. Not this year. Called him a couple weeks back, said he was waiting for the market to settle down, prices to stabilize.

Our independent operator in Mi. doesn't send them out until Aug 1. He gives you until Aug 31 to pre-buy.
