Let me start with; yes this was stupid to do in the first place...now that that"s out of the way:
I have an Agco Allis 4650 with front end loader - long story short, I reversed the hydraulic hoses on the loader trying to fix something else (not the return but the other two supply hoses) and then used the 3 point, shortly after my three point stopped working...Now it simply hangs all the way down (won"t lift up and no action occurs when I use the lift levers) - auxillary hydraulics are not working either.
The pump is not blown however as I still have power steering and no leaks are coming from the pump. (I took the loader off as I screwed that too but right now I"m just wondering about the three point.) So I am thinking that I either stuck a valve open when I reversed the flow? or completely blew a valve or valves in the three point assembly? Any thoughts on what I might have done?
I don"t even know what I"m potentially getting into with the 3point, haven"t worked on one before...all comments and thoughts are welcome - I"d like to fix it myself but not sure what this might entail.
