Is that a '48 or has to be close, nicely done, he needs a mud flap, per cab corner, like that era ford styling, pleasant looking truck.

I had a good friend right close to or in Phillipsburg, not very far from the Delaware Water Gap, or river, out the end of 78 there, was a really nice place, all the out buildings, a contractor had owned it for years, it was something to appreciate. Inside the place was an old hundred series ford tractor, nice one been sitting inside for years, all dusty, had a factory or correct aftermarket cab of the same period, red and gray tractor, can't recall the model, all original, factory paint and all, must a lived inside all its life, another barn had something else going on, one late evening, he said "hey check this out", in the darkness, I could see lights on through a narrow gap, so now I'm thinking, hmmm....maybe I don't need to see this, ( some darned marijuana grow or something crazy, like a chop shop which I do not really need to see LOL ! ) and I'm like why would else would a barn type building be illuminated at this hour???, well of course.... for barn kinds of things!... a whole bunch of quail with a nice size tree on its side for a roost. My silly imagination go the best of me, as I knew that particular building was not his, part of the place but leased out or something from the owner who held paper on it. Interesting place he had there, would love to find it to see it again, don't recall exactly how to find where it was off 78 before PA. He's been deceased since '00, you may recall the robbery at the King George Exxon about 13 years ago. Sad thing for me was I was back in the area closer to where you are in NJ but had not been back to the station up there off 78 just yet, to pay him a visit, been awhile, then a mean miserable person took him from us, was this month back in '00. Person that did it was never caught.

I know that truck! I pass it weekly for work, and may even know the driver, if its the same Jerry! its a neat old truck.

At least it has good brakes! LOL........Nice truck, thanks for posting. Tell her she done good!
