People have been burning hydrogen for many years. The problem has always been that it takes more energy to get it out of the water than it produces. I doubt his machine is any more efficient than any other in that regard.

Yeah amazing, and if you take CO2 and water you can turn it back into oil or natural gas too with a bunch of energy then burn it and get less than you put in too.

Both are products of combustion not sources of fuel. Fuel means it has an energy value while it burns or reacts.
