Question about an implement dealer in IL

Anybody deal with Cross Implement in Minier IL.
We are thinking about buying something and having it shipped to us. Would like some feedback on dealings with them please.
Thanks Richard

Cross has several dealerships. A friend of mine bought a tractor from the Minier dealership and got along fine. Other than that I don't know much about them good or bad. Mike

Been around for years and years. Can't remember them not being around. Got their start in Minier and expanded from there. Used to have an Army buddy that worked for them, he always said they treated him right. Don't know if he is still with them or not. Haven't seen him in 20+ years. My brother does some business with them, just complains about Mother Deere's prices like everyone does. Make the deal, you'll be good.

Cross Implement is not the same as Cross Brothers. I would advise going to see what you warn to buy. It may be fine, but the day I went there to look at at combines, the paint fumes were heavy in the air. I decided to buy my 9500 elsewhere.

Tricky Rick runs Miner and Tom runs Clinton, Mt Pulaski, and New Holland. Rick used to be a JD blockman. I couple of friends that farm quite a bit, roll their machines with him. WATCH what you buy. I bought a 9610 that the cab had burnt. The guy I bought it from had 2 of them he bought from the insurance company. Mine came from Rick. He had stripped the 20' auger and replaced with a 17'. He also stripped the hydro.

I have bought quite a bit of machinery from Bill Klein at Seymour.
