Some surrounding areas, all in hay, he does a few things to keep the calendar filled up, nice operation, nice selection of late model equipment he outfitted it with, like how its set up.

Top of the hill with the scattered trees was another farm we were doing 60 acres on, all corn in '09, '10 was oats, and there is a huge field up there along the strip I disced, WWII fighter pilot vet had a landing strip there, grows nice hay, has a nice view both ways, looking below from above you can see the barns near the close up with the green house. I rebuilt/widened a road on the farm with the JD and disc. Someone was nice enough to leave an '02 JD 550 dozer as a favor to the farmer, which was us, to improve the road and take care of the massive ruts from the previous harvest, 6610 with oversize wheels, and a 7000 series rear drive, made it through, but the ruts were incredible. It came out nice with ditches and drainage. I like looking down from the other direction, which is where the 4440 and disc was up over that hill other side of where the scattered trees are in the hay field. The view from the cab of the 4440 is of the next view atop that hill facing west right towards Albany NY

Better keep you eye on that little cloud. You guys up there could have 12" of snow by tomorrow.

I doubt it, suppose to get to 90F tomarrow. LOL. The weather watchers are saying there is the posibility of severe weather this afternoon, as our cold weather is replaced with this sudden blast of hot humid air. It is only 61F here as I post this. Thw weatherman said a chanch of "isolated rotational storms".
Saw the national weather map this morning showing the likelyhood of tornados today. Looks like Neb. and Kas. are in for it again, and we here in the NE were on the map with the posibility to get some also. I guess by senset tonight we will know. I am covering my plants to protect them from hail this afternoon.
