Update on 4010 throttle fix. Part 2

I took the dash off again and dug a little deeper. There is a hydraulic hose in there and when I pulled it out of the way low in behold there was a 1/4" bolt sticking out! Got a 7/16 socket and gave it a quarter turn and it was tighten up! Thanks again for your help.
 
I am glad you found the correct friction adjustment. I would loosen the top bolt for now and then get the correct bolt and washer so it holds like it should and does not wear the steering valve horn/sleeve.
