Massey 65 - 3 PT Hitch Not Working

Hi
I have Massey Fergueson 65 with FEL ad 3 PT hitch that isnt working.
Took off the transmission cover and there are 2 "fingers" that connect to the 3pt levers which are not connected correctly.

Looking for drawings or images of how these levers should be connected inside the transmission housing. Or any assistance on fixing the issue.

An IT service manual has a fairly good picture and adjustment instructions for the older Ferguson tractor three point system.
 
Look for a dirty filter, it will be in the cannister on the pto lever side of the pump. also check for a stuck valve on the pump. the levers should be as in my picture. Check also the 'O' rings on the stack pipe.

hi, I did drain the entire housing including cleaning the filter.
The oring's I missed.
gives me some new ideas to look into.

Appreciate the help. i will post a pic soon as I am having a bit of trouble determining are both levers side by side?
