Trailer tires

Took the trailer next door for inspection. I thought it might fail because of the tires but it slipped through. This is a 16" with a 4' beavertail deckover trailer I bought new in 2006 and in excellent shape other than the tires. It has 8:00 X 14.5 tires load range F on Dexter axles. I'm looking for tire brand recommendations that will last.

Find hubs so you can put 16, or 17 inch wheels on. I have a 30' Donahue flatbed, that runs 9X14.5 tires. I have yet to find any tire that will last long. The one thing I have figured out, is don't run the max psi for air in them. Every time I bump them all the way up, I blow the tread off of the face of them.
