Any ideas on how to build a handicap lift for 3010?

A friends neighbor needs a lift so he can get on his 3010 tractor. He can't climb the steps anymore. Anyone seen one or have any ideas on how to build one. There is about 18" between the loader and tire and about 2' from the tractor to the outside the tire. They asked me to make one so I'm looking for any info I can get before I start on it. I looked at some online but there isn't enough room for those on this tractor and he can't afford a commercial one anyway.

Never seen one built on a 3010 Jon, just thinking out loud here.
Could you use a scissor type platform with one of those cheap little
"fast raise" floor jacks and re-route the handle so you could stand
on the platform and pump the handle once or twice to get up?
Would need some way to lower as well, but a remote valve would
seem pretty easy to fab up.
Scissor lift would pick it up out of the way while in use.
It will be interesting to see what you come up with!

Would the 60 series walk-up steps work? I've seen those fitted back to the 10 series row crop tractors. Shoup did have those.

Somebody asked this question, on another forum, recently, Try looking in Farm show magazine, last couple of years, they have had several articles, on the subject.

Several yrs back my neighbor was paralyzed in a one PU rollover. He broke his spine and was confined to a wheelchair. Some organization installed a screw type lift with a seat on his IHC 5288.

My friend put on a set from a 70 series case a couple years ago and that helped til now. Now he can't even do that so it's time for a lift.

THANKS, I was thinking about doing it like the
tractor one only without the seat. I just was
wondering if a winch would work and it looks like
that is what is on that one. There is a lot less
room on this tractor, but I think I can make that
work.

Any ideas on how to build a handicap lift for 3010?
