Rearranging hills - Pics

With all the flooding this spring, my shop and pole barn got pretty wet.
I had my excavation guy come in and rearrange some hills so
everything runs down hill away from them and into a newly made ditch.
He does fantastic work!

Taken over the hood of my 4000 rowcrop toying with a 6 ft york rake.
The picture doesn't show it very well, but there is about a 6 inch drop
from side of my pole barn to area in front of the left hood line, and
three and half feet of drop from there to the new fence going up.
Ought to let the water run off.

Very smooth Royse. That guy does do a good job. May need his name,..I am gonna need final grade at my cottage in about a month.

Nice swale.Nothing worse than bad grading. Can lead to all sorts of
problems.

Leo, company's name is Listerman and Sons Excavating.
They're listed in Ionia, and have been in business here for years.
The son who was running the dozer is about 50 years old.
His dad was running the dump truck on a different job today.
Great people to work with.

Looks great. Looks about as dry as we are down here already.

This would have been a good opportunity for you to purchase a dozer and do the work yourself!!! If you could sneak it passed the boss.

It has dried out pretty quick Rick!
Boss wants a dozer! But something like a Struck.
Not something I could do any real work with. LOL
