Fuel shut off at the tank?

Rap on the side of the carb to perhaps dislodge the needle & seat.

Put a teaspoon of fresh gas in each sparkplug hole, replace the plugs & see if the engine will fire.

Hold your hand over the throat of the carburetor while a helper makes an attempt to start the engine to see if there's good suction. Poor suction means low intake manifold vacuum. You need good suction to suck that atomized gas into the combustion chambers. Also do a compression test and record the readings. Hal

Do you have fuel out the carb drain plug??? If yes do as Eltoro says and hold your hand over the carb air intake. It should suck hard on your hand and you should have gas on your hand. If you do not then you have a clogged up carb or low compression. Post back what you find and also might be better if you ask this in the N forum down lower
