sittin here listenin to that 0% chance of rain on my tin roof...and they wonder why nobody believes a word they say...nobody with any common sense anyhow...to make this legal i just washed my tractor before it started rainin.
 
Well that's why it rained, you washed your tractor!
Or your truck, or left the windows open, etc
At least you didn't have hay down! :)
 
If we're in a rainy period they can tell us there's a 0 percent chance of rain and we will get an inch. If we're in a drought they can predict 100 percent chance and we'll get a sprinkle or nothing. Or at least that's the way it is in the Midwest. By the way, you didn't leave a load of seed beans sitting out did you? That'll make it rain every time. Or a load of sow cubes. Jim
 
They said 10% chance of rain for us today - which means less than 0% here in the desert most of the time.

I think what he means is that they can predict global warming /global cooling / climate change and all kinds of catastrophic thing for the future because of it, but can't predict tomorrows weather!
