That tree looks like a shadblow, but it's a cherry of some sort. I took a few pics, if they come out good you can see the flowers are different from a shad. But yes I also have shadblow service berries blooming around here. I read they got there name, because the shad fish swim upstream the same time the trees is blooming.

Things have really popped here at Clinton camp. 185A of oats and alfalfa in add turning green. Roughly 150A of corn in the ground, with another 100 to go. Sill got to work the bean ground, and it looks like the first cut alfalfa crop will be ready when the beans are planted, with the pending rain and above average temps continue. We could use a little rain, at this point. Have had clear skies, light breeze and temps on the low 70s for the last 10 days.

Same here Loren, were still planning to come out your way some day! What do u guys do with the oats? The feed mill I go to ran out of oats in the fall of 2011, had then summer of 12, now they tell no more until this fall? I feed the horses the oats, about 400 pounds a month, now there out on pasture and only get the sweet feed! The mill said the weather around here the last few years wasent good for growing oats? Forgive me if the pic is sidways, I don't remember which way I took it. Lol
