looks like good crop of onions coming on. Are those for green onions or leaving them for onion?
Got garlic about that tall, planted in early November, after Superstorm Sandy dumped 25" snow last week of October

the biggest ones are bunching onions ,and the rest are sweet, red, and some stutgarten the stutgarten is supposed to keep better,I planted some walla walla too

I don't think anyone here in SW Ohio has anything planted in there gardens yet. Local BTO just planted the first corn I know of around here Saturday. Great lookin pictures keep them coming. Bandit

Great Pictures Larry, I love the landscape and the old buildings. Looks so nice and warm there.

Here in Illinois it's been raining for 3 days. Yesterday at noon we had 2". Not sure how much more we got today. I and the neighbor man both mowed our lawns today. It was so tall had to set the deck up one notch but I gotter did...

Love your pictures keep up the good work.

Enjoyed the photos Larry. You titled it "random Pa. pictures." That would be a good name for a community, "Random". We have a community about six miles from me named Whynot.

Larry@stines,

Beautiful pics!

Looks like you and your wife will be eating scallions soon... we are jealous!

We like them raw - chilled then sprinkled with salt. Or my MIL taught me to "wilt" them - chop them and the entire green tops about an inch long, then toss them into the fryings left in the pan after cooking pork chops - or just heat them in a bit of olive and lightly salt and pepper (you don't actually cook 'em, just toss them in the hot skillet and stir them for a minute and remove). They are really good that way.

How good does the ol 14 handle those 6 bottoms? It takes a heck of a horse to pull a set of those in the western part of the state.

here on the southeast part of ill its still raining grass is getting taller by the minute and it'll be a week before we will get any gardening done wish mine looked like yours, all i've got in is a row of potatoes, lettuce, radishes 4 tomato plants and 4 pepper plants.

Larry thanks for posting. Lower open posts on the red barn look like they might be leaning a tad.
