Next Tuesday wife and I will be married 25 years. Don't think I would have made it this far without her. She has put up with me this long I hope she keeps doing it for at least 25 more. She has put up with a lot out of me but she was always by my side. I remember years ago when I worked as many hours as I could to try and get ahead she would hear my old truck come in the yard after midnight and meet me at the back door and her only question was are you going to get a shower before I put your supper on the table. She would not go to bed till I got home. She put up with my old tractors my auction finds my all weekend fishing and hunting trips and riding all day on Saturday with me hunting some old tractor somebody said they had seen laying in a pasture or in the edge of an orange grove. She understands why I enjoy working on all the stuff that I drag in the shop and always tells me how good something looks when I'm done with. It's been a great 25 years yeah we have struggled at times but that what life's about. We raised a beautiful daughter who graduates from Florida State next weekend and is headed the University of North Carolina in the fall to get her Masters (might have to sell some old tractors to pay for the next two years ) I've been blessed and I hope all of you have been as blessed as I have with such a good woman. Y'all think that maybe I should take her some place nice tonight or just stay out in the shop till late in the evening and have a few cold refreshments LOL!!!!

That's a great tribute to your wife. Congrats! I can relate to all that you said there. 40 yrs. for us in June. 2 great kids, lots of ups and downs....and she always is there for me. Kids are grown adults now, and make us proud every day. Hope the best for ya'll.

Congratulations to both you and your wife on your 25th Silver Wedding anniversary.

Hope y"all celebrate many more years together.

Really, really good to hear some one talk so good and positive about a life partner. Congratulations. We will hit 58 years in July.

I have seen it so many times - a good wife can do wonders with a mediocre man, but a bad wife is truly a curse on both the man and the family.

I was married for thirty years and never once did she ever come to the door and greet me or ask how my day was. If I was late for food I would find it in the fridge. Finally got rid of her and all her worthless relation. Sounds like you got lucky and found a keeper. Take her out for a nice dinner and maybe get her some flowers. Many more to you guys.

NO! NO! NO! Don't take her out on the town. Take her somewhere special like a cruise or something. She is worth much more than out on the town.

Congraatulations, now go get her and tell her what you have printed here or at least let her read it....Then let tonight be her choice....... Here's to many more years like the past 25!
Sam
