My older brother would have been 59 today if he had lived. Mine is tomorrow I'll be 57. Mom said we only missed being born on the same date by 2 hours. He was born right before midnight and I was born after. Birthday always makes me miss him. Anybody else born in April?
Lots of important historical things took place in April............ I can't think of any right now but I am sure there must have been some.
They celebrate earth day on my birthday. They called and asked I told them I didn't mind besides it kept so many people from making a fuss.

My baby sister has a birthday tomorrow. She will be 63..... but don't tell her that I let the cat out of the bag. LOL
 
Yep. Just a few days back. I'm right between you and your brother.
And the week before that I got to spend about 30 hours in the hospital!
Transient global amnesia. Rare. And it's still a bit of a guess. Most likely going off one blood pressure drug and not getting on another right away precipitated this event. We've been experimenting with blood pressure drugs for over three years and haven't found a satisfactory one yet.
 

Mine was April 5th. While traveling in VA two weeks ago I gave an old guy a ride. He was in real tough shape. On O2, barely able to walk, told me about health problems as we drove along. He finally told me of his upcoming birthday. He is five days younger than I am. I am thankful for my health.
 
April 14th is Ruination Day, the anniversary of the assassination of President Lincoln, the sinking of the Titanic and Black Sunday in 1935.

My day is the 2nd of April; I tell folks that I hung on inside Mom for an extra day so as not to be an April Fool!!
 
Brother and I, 3 days and 5 years apart in April. He turned the big 60 this year and I admit to being the older one. parents were married on the day before my birthday. Mom didn't like it when I told strangers they married the day before I was born. It was really a year and a day.

My son will turn 15 on the 28th.

I don't know why 15 sounds SO much older than 14, but to me it does.

Kind of feel like he's going from a "kid" to a "young man".
 
Sounds like there has been a lot of hot sleepless July nights. My wifes birthday is the 28th oldest son turne 26 on the 4th, and youngest boy turned 20 on the 9th. We get a little tired of birthday cke in April. Bruce
 
My first, and only wife will be 81 on the 25th of April. In June we will be married 62 years. I would do it all again!

Turned 72 on the 15th. I always feel good about all the people sending a nice donation to the Federal Government on the 15th. Sent mine in too. A lot of friends remember my birthday because of income tax day not because they remember me.

Turned the big 55 on April 13.....same birthday as Thomas Jefferson!
 
Our first and only granddaughter was born on the 6th of this month (April 2013). Emma Jane the prettiest baby ever. We have a grandson who is turning 18 yrs. now one of each.
 
Turned 52 on the 9th.
My wife says "well, you maybe a full deck of cards old but are no longer playing with a full deck, that"s for sure."

The surrender occurred in the home of Wilmer McLean. Terms of the surrender, written by General Grant, allowed Confederates to keep their horses and return home. Officers were allowed to keep their swords and side arms.
 
73 today (22nd). Earth Day and on April 22, 1889 the "run" in Oklahoma occurred. Except for those that cheated and done their thing earlier, hence the "Sooner" tag.
