Posted the first pic of this wheat field in Opelousas La. 8 days ago, the second today. It's startin to turn. Should make you feel all warm and itchy inside.

Looks like you figured out how to handle the MN snow. I love the smell of wheat at that stage.

We always said for Dry land Winter Wheat in Nebr. when it started to turn it was 6 weeks to harvest. Does that work for you?

Beautiful stand- looks to be 120 bu. or more. Your wheat is "startin to turn"- most of us aren't even "startin to turn" a wheel yet-

But then again, I guess I'd rather be in Washington then Louisiana come about July. . .

Sure would like to have a fence like that around my little spread. It would definitely keep the critters in, and the thieves out. Nice looking wheat too. Joe
