Injection Pump on MF 150

I recently purchased a Massey Ferguson 150 diesel. It runs good but you can"t shut it off with the shut off on the injection pump (CAV model 3230080). I assume that there must be something broken , worn out or stuck inside the pump. Any ideas what would be causing this and where would I get parts to fix it? I also have a small fuel leak dripping down the back of the pump from a still undetermined location when the tractor is running. I am new with diesels so any help would be much appreciated.
 
Dieseltech can repair that pump for you. He did one for me a month or so ago for a Massey 255. He's usually around here on this site or if you want, email me & I'll give you his phone #. Keith
 
Keith, thank you for a place to go if I get over my head. I bought the tractor more to have something to tinker with than anything else. For now, I would like to try to fix it myself.
