international 4700 oil in cooling system

99 international 4700 rollback, has the 7.3 turbo in it. it is getting engine oil in the cooling system. is the oil cooler in the radiator on this rascal or somewhere else? i looked at the radiator and do not see oil lines going in to the radiator. any ideas??

update, i did locate what looks like an oil cooler mounted on the left side of the engine, under the exhaust manifold. bolts in to the water pump housing.

sounds like you found it--check around for radiator shop, etc, that can submerge whole unit & pressure check to confirm problem
