Thanks for the advice on Disk

Looks like the overall review is to get a trailer and load it the bring it home. I should be able to find a trailer cause a few of my buddies have a couple. I might even go buy one as I have been looking for one for a while. Thanks for the advice as its always helpful.
 
Might I offer a little advice on the trailer?
You have probably used some trailers before, but before you buy, borrow or
rent different styles to make sure you're investing in what you want.
Deck-over, landscape/utility, bumper pull, fifth wheel, etc.
I ended up owning several because I can't find one that will do all the jobs I
need to do. Sometimes just because its too big or too high off the ground.
When I was young we had an 8 ft disk that was not a wheel disk, just pulled
the tongue in and out to angle it more or less. We used to pull it up on a hay
rack with a chain to move it down the road, because that's what we had.
It worked.
Just some things to think about.
 
Where is the disk at right now? I have to haul a few things from near Slippery Rock. Is it something I can pick up for you?
 
If your comeing over to Slippery Rock Pa. then your be about 20 miles south east of our place, Bothin Mercer County wave when you go by.
 
Hey John, I was looking for you the other day. But it's in Belle
Vernon, PA. Right off route 70. Slippery Rock is up north so I doubt
it would overlap but thanks for the offer.
 
I am picking up a piece near Uniontown tomorrow, but I'll have a full load. If I end up headed back that way soon, I will let you know.

I'm headed to McGary Farms on Saturday to pick up a fertilizer tender I got at his auction back on March 2nd. I do business with Lamb ad Webster and McDowells out your way. I love Mercer. It's a nice town. The courthouse is beautiful.
