I had one just like this, same color, from 1959 to 1967, cruiser fender skirts and all. Only difference was mine was a 4 door and the dark green went all the way to the bottom.

That old Merc and I covered something like 32 states together. I recall on a flat open stretch in New Mexico, flat to the floor it topped out at 122 mph.

very nice pic, would like to have old Dodge Charger I had when I was 17, young and stupid and still survived to tell about it......

Have a 2011 Dodge Charger that I think would out run the 1970 Road Runner I had. It only has the 3.6 engine and I would be scared of the hemi.

I'd like to have my '40 ford that I had in HS. Had a '50 Ford flathead with a 4 BBL carb and aluminum heads and a '48 merc trans with a 4:41 rearend. 16" tires in the back and 15" on the front and raked to the bone. Blew the engine and sold it for $100.00....SSSHHHHEEESH!

My dad had a 57 Buick Special, 4 door, light green that blew the doors off 2 57 T Birds and a 58 Ford police car with an intercepter engine (engine burnt up in a 4 mile chase). I didn't even know he was after me! Got wrecked and bent the frame. KC Sommers in Matoon, IL has one the same color and is a 2 door HT with the same clear plastic seat covers over the same color seats. My neighbor's red and white 2 door HT 57 Chevy with white interior was the best looking car ever!!
