I have to work this evening so if some one would like to sponsor "Tonight's Feature" it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
John

One I've been thinking about, but I haven't taken any pictures yet myself,is dealer decals on tractors and equipment. Existing dealers or old dealers that aren't around anymore.

I'd have to ask Loren,or I'm
Sure he has some decals of his dealership. My friend bought a case tractor from Loren and it has Lorens dealership name on it! That's how I put 2 and 2 together of who Loren was, it's a small world! Lol

OK,everybody take their pictures then. I just went out and took as many as I could find. Should have taken some before I took some things to the scrap yard. Got a lot of old,non existent dealers that some of the Michigan guys will remember though. Got one that I'll be amazed if anybody can identify.

Decal on the dash of a 1964 John Deere 3020 standard. Norm"s Farm Supply, Ltd. Southey, Sask. If anyone knows anything about this dealership, please let me know.

That's a great idea. Made me think of another feature for later. Of course my camera took a dump yesterday. Have to wait a while until I get one. Just went back to work two weeks after being off for 5 months. Camera isn't a priority right now.

Decal on hood of 1952 John Deere R. Hard to make out, but says Havre Implement Co, Havre, Montanna Phone ??. If anyone has any info on this dealership or knows the original phone number, please let me know.

Hey Jay,
Here you go, with some of our decals. I'm not sure if one of these is on Jim's tractor, as we had others, before I bought dad out. The last I am sure you recognize is my good friend and former business partner Bob F's dealership still carrying on the CASE tradition as a CNH dealer.

Jay they kicked me out of the hospital Sun and on a new program to prevent further low, BP issues. They stuck another washer under the relief valve spring. HeHe.

Too late for a photo tonight but I have a 1937 cat 30 dozer.. It was sold new in Paducah KY by
A early cat dealer called Wayne Supply. Instead of a decal it has a 4 in BRASS tag the is stamped R.W. 102 . It is said the rw was for the initals Roy Wayne and he did not want to start with 1 so he started with 100 so this is reported to be the second piece sold by the company.. At least that is the story. I have posted photos of the crawler before

I just hope that these feature nights will be run again in the summer, I know we may have more time now but stuff is still packed away frozen in the sheds for me. Also the feature is stated in the evening and by the time I get out the next day after work to take pics and get it posted it is 3 pages back and a lot don"t even see it. Just my thoughts, not complainin"

Thanks for the pics, I forgot to look a Jims 1690 to see your decal, I"ll try look tonight/tomarrow morn and send you a pic! Glad your back!
