2 calves in the last 8 hours, one got a full spa treatment in the tub then rubbed down with towels and blown dry. Both calves are healthy now. We had about 7 inches of snow over night and a 25-30 mph wind. I love this moisture. Sorry I have pics, but can't get them to load.

That's why I don't put the bulls out before the 4th of July anymore. If these late springs keep coming,I might start waiting til the first of August like a guy I know about 75 miles north of me.

Eric we are getting that snow here in central MO now. Just got in from feeding, it is a muddy mess out there. Not cussing the rain or moisture. Glad your calves are doing good. Calving here, and knock on wood, no problems yet.
Tried downloading a pic as well. Whats up with that?

Not sure, I started a thread in site comments. They listed 3 possible causes, I think it's a site glitch. I've never had trouble with it before and I haven't changed any settings on my computer.

My grand father would do it different depending on if he wanted bull calf's or or female one. If I remember right he would do it early if he wanted bulls and late if he wanted more females

Erik KS farmer,
Check on Site Comments forum... Chris mentioned some changes they have made. I think he said something about you may not be able to post pics until you re-login to reset your password.

I have not tried posting a pic yet, nor the log-in. So maybe that is why you can"t load pics.

Would love to see new calf photos.
