Old, How's the weather?

Looking at the radar, it looks like you are getting slammed by snow. We got a ton of rain last night. That should protect your taters from the cold a bit.
I have already planted taters in 5 rows, but would like to try some with your method. Could you give me a detailed description of how you do it, or you can email it to me if you want.

Morning, I havent seen Old on here this morning, but I live about 60 mi in Sedalia,MO and we have a good 7 in and still snowing with wind like the dickens. Supposed to get another 2-4 in before it quits. Going to plow snow this afternoon with my SA and front blade. About the only good thing I can say about this snow.

Haven't seen Old today but was wondering if you Mizzery guys would keep the snow on your side of the river. Bunch of Ky. guys would be greatful.

Well I am sure I will be complaining about it being dry or hot soon, but I am about tired of snow this year, ready for some nice 70's and green grass. And for you guys in Ky, we are more than willing to share if like, I think there seems to be plenty of snow to go around today. Havent had the wind with the snows this year like today

I live in Illinois about 25 miles southeast of St. Louis. Started snowing here between 9& 10 AM. They're calling for up to 11" north of St. Louis and 9" south in my area. Also calling for wind

My sister lives close to Kansas City and they got about 10" of snow. We got about 2"-3" and I live about 200 miles west of her.

Hey Greg, My farms are up at Pilot Grove. I live outside of Jeff city. About 45 minutes N of Old.

I have scooped one batch of 4-6 inches of snow off the sidewalk, and it is putting me down another batch looks like.

went home friday noon from work, [ill], went to bed, didn't wake up till after 9pm, looked outside and saw snowing,,over all about 8 inches in denver, colo area,, went back to bed..

Just stepped out on the porch and measured the snow. We have as of right now 2 inches and still falling hard. Guess I need to take a walk in the pasture in a bit and throw out the 5lbs of sweet clover seed I have so the snow can pull it in and do a good job of giving it a good start

I'm not even going to bother with the snow plow but then on the other hand the snow is only staying on the grass and raised stuff. My drive way looks like it has not snowed much if any as in it is melting off the driveway

20 miles north of St Louis.Started at 8:30.Got 4 inchs so far and wind. With it being so heavy no drifting.Gonna be good for the wheat.
Got a call from the owner of the local hay auction. They set a all time record yesterday.4000 small squares and 250 rounds.Small alfalfa only brought $4.50-$6.00.No barn burner but better than nothing.

Just as we were leaving for Church this morning, it really cut loose and was snowing like crazy. At Church it was decided to skip Sunday School and just have a quick preaching, and go home before we had to stay the night. I pulled out on the state hwy and made a left turn and the car went right, as you are sliding and you know that as soon as you hit the gravel shoulder you will stop. I was only going maybe 10 MPH, it did not stop, big wide sloping ditch, the car is fine I just hope I can find it tomorrow after work to pull it out  3:10 here and I have 4.5on the ground, temp is 33 so the snow is melting and still falling. 20 miles north of Hannibal MO

Ya back when my parents lived up in Shelbyville I noticed they always seemed to get more snow up there then down he at the Lake of the Ozarks area but then again that is some 150 or so miles north
