Are you going to get your taters in the ground this weekend?
I tried today, but had to replace a gas line on my H JD and it got too late. Will try again tomorrow.

That is the thing about farming, some days you are farther behind than when you started. Hard to adjust to when coming from a "Corporate" job.

Still frozen here, I am about 4 hours north of Old.

I have managed to till my whole garden spot so yes will put in the taters tomorrow just like I should do on ST. Pats day. Have a bale of straw just waiting to hit the ground after the taters do.

My grandfather used to plant them on St Pats day, won't be doing that here this year.

Richard, My neighbor has potatoes breaking out of the ground this week, in middle S.C..Just planted my first run last saturday on the last dark night.
