OT God particle

I just heard on the news tonight that our great scientists discovered the God particle. Joe Newman discovered it long ago & has a very good discription in his book back in 1984.

Welcome back, Teddy! It's been far too long we've had to go without a Crackpot Joe post.

OK, let me get this straight: In 1984, Crackpot Joe was able to prove the existence of a particle using stuff found in his garage. But it took the top theoretical physicists in the world another 28 years to prove the existence of the Higgs Boson, and then only after building the Large Hadron Collider at a cost of 8 billion euros. A machine so powerful that concerns were raised that it might make the earth disappear into a black hole. One has to ask: why did they bother? All they had to do was read Joe's book, and they would have saved a ton of time, money and aggravation.

That's a pretty tall tale. Is Joe Newman a Texan by any chance?

He claims to have discovered the mechanical principles of a gyroscopic particle of matter that orbits in a magnetic field much as an electron orbits in an atomic shell. Several readers of his theory say it is incomprehensible and would not get attention were it not for the illustrative devices. The patent Newman seeks is for an "Energy Generation System Having Larger Output than Input". Those who have seen it say it is a crude direct current motor powered by a bank of lantern batteries with a heavy, rotating magnet at its center.

With respect, Joe Newman's conceptualization (and magnetic theories have nothing to do with A Higgs Boson. A quote fro CERN website:The discovery was made possible by the excellent performance of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), which broke several performance records this year. In April the LHC experiments started taking data at the new collision energy of 8 TeV (up from 7 TeV in 2011) and the collider delivered a record number of collisions to the experiments this year. The LHC collided protons with lead ions for the first time in a test run for further lead-proton collisions in 2013, and rounded off the year in style with a new performance milestone, nearly doubling the number of proton bunches in the machine, just as the three-year proton run came to an end.

Sounds like you have been doing your homework. With all the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ spent on the collider they will only find the basic gyroscopic particle that Joe has known about since way back when. That particle is the smallest endity of matter. It has mass, travels and spins at C and comes from an atom of material.

Thats it! Tomorrow I am burning all my nuclear physics book, and becoming a devout follower of Brother Joe Newman.

There are some very educated people on this board, and every single time you are challenged to provide proof of anything Joe Newman says, you say read his book.
Try providing tangible proof for any of his theories.

Your posts are entertaining to say the least, if they weren't so pathetic of you looking for attention.

the higgs is not the smallest, nor the most basic. calling it the "god particle" (media i suppose) was a poor choice to name it imo because it causes folks to think just that. also causes those resistant to science to bristle and pull further away into the darkness. your last sentence might make sense if you left off "of material".

If you want to convince people that you are right you have to provide proof. A guy's book isn't proof. I can write a book making a certain Austrian look like God and defend his attempt to exterminate people he didn't like and make it sound right to someone who wants to believe that but in fact can be writing pure BS. Sorry but your post about this makes you come across as a guy that's going to drink the Koolaid. You are quoting a guy who has been proven a clown. A man is known by the company he keeps........

I thought the 1984 doomsday book was by George Orwell in 1949. So 1984 comes along and I waited for something to happen. Well it did. My 21 year old son died in a car wreck 2 months before he was to be married.

So, have you read his book? You don't know what you are missing. His 7500 # hand built unconventional motor has imput wires that are only 18 gauge. It is self running putting out over 10 HP. It is all explained in the book.

And you have seen, with your own eyes, this marvel running? Tested it for HP output? Load tested it for 24 hours? Physically checked for hidden wires? All this yourself? Or are you just taking his word from his book?

Watch the video's. They are all over U-tube. He has 30-40 important people that have signed papers saying it does what he says it does. No, I have not seen it up close, but have studied his book & know how & why it works.

Sorry, unless I see it run under load for 24 hours on a dyno with test equipment to verify current draw I'm not going to believe it. If it was so great it would be in production and available to purchase. Kinda like the snake oil fuel additives that are supposed to greatly increase mileage. Prove it without me having to spend money only to find out it's a fraud.

Every hyperlink on Joes website is dead. No videos will open. Hmmm, hard to show proof without the videos.

BUT, just buy his book, it will explain everything.

This just smells of marketing 101. aka Carlton Sheets Real Estate program. Joe Newman makes no money on his crackpot theories, but likely makes a fair income directing people to his book.

No more books are available cause not enough gulliable people were buying em to for a real prining company to publish it. So he burnt out his printer. Printers are pretty cheap.
