More barn pictures.
This is all I have time for now.
I hope to post the rest of them this evening.

Very interesting. Looks like no one has disturbed anything since he left. Have a good honest, reliable, antique dealer check it out. (if there is such a person.) Would sure enjoy an afternoon just poking around that place!

The last 2 pictures were where, in our barn the hired men sent me to get the board strecher when I was real young. Then when they wanted the wire strecher, I thought they were kidding me.

I assume the block&fall is for raising loose hay up to the mow, but there doesn"t seem to be a door that opens to the mow.
I would sure check out that tack and get some oil on it, if its not too late.
That barn could be a museum just as it is!!!

My uncle had a baler in later years and we put small bales in the loft in the early 1970's when I was a young teenager. It's hard to say when the old hay fork and rope with pulleys were used last.

yes the hay fork is by the big door. I just couldn't get a good picture of it. It was too dark for my little camera even with adjusting the ISO or shutter setting.

John B.,

Really neat barn and old stuff. I could spend all day - maybe two - in a barn like that. Thanks for posting these.
